Intramedullary Fixation for Long-Bone Fractures

Intramedullary devices stabilise diaphyseal and metaphyseal fractures by passing a load-sharing implant down the medullary canal, preserving periosteal blood supply and allowing early weight-bearing. They are a mainstay of femoral, tibial and humeral trauma reconstruction.

This range spans reamed and unreamed nails, interlocking and reconstruction designs, guide wires, reamers and locking bolts. Implants are manufactured in medical-grade titanium alloy and stainless steel, with cannulated geometry for guided insertion and options compatible with intraoperative fluoroscopic targeting.
