Knotless Button is a one size implant for ACL reconstruction, designed for use in anteromedial portal and transtibial. Even after tibial fixation has been completed, you may apply the tension from the femoral side. Adjustable and knotless UHMWPE Fiber device provides an easy application, because you can change the lenghts of the loop.
