The plate follows the volar radius beautifully and the distal row of locking holes gives strong subchondral support. I have had reliable maintenance of the volar tilt through healing.

Rigid distal fixation
The diaphyseal extension gives good working length for more proximal fracture lines, and the locking construct stayed stiff under load. Screw trajectory into the distal fragment is well planned.
