Mini fragment systems deliver fixation for small bones and periarticular fractures where standard hardware is oversized. Built around 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, and 2.7 mm screws with matching straight, T, L, and reconstruction plates, they suit the hand, wrist, foot, distal radius, and other delicate anatomy.

The implants are machined from titanium alloy or 316L stainless steel to keep a low profile while retaining holding power in thin cortical and cancellous bone. Locking and non-locking hole options let surgeons balance angular stability against compression across a fracture line.
